• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers using or transitioning to recycled plastic materials. • Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial clients across Spain and rest of Europe. • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, product applications, and sustainability trends. • Present and promote the company’s range of recycled resins, compounds, and flakes to potential buyers. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve profitable growth targets. • Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM data. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sustainability conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (preferred). • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in plastics, polymers, recycling, or industrial materials. • Strong understanding of the plastic manufacturing process, recycled plastics industry and material specifications. • Proven track record of generating new business and managing long-term client relationships. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Fluent in Spanish and English (additional European languages a plus). • Willingness to travel regionally across Europe.
