📋 Description

• Act as a technical resource for HR Systems from Recruitment through Payroll • Ensure HR Systems performance and reliability • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate as appropriate • Work with functional experts to define user requirements and identify system or process enhancement opportunities • Consult users on technology changes impacting work processes • Recommend system enhancements and new methods to improve efficiency within HR and Payroll • Maintain daily HR System activities, including business process functionality, data validation, content/data migration, integrations, conditional rules, reporting, new releases, and end-user support • Create HR Systems reports, including calculated fields, and ensure meaningful, actionable output • Validate and test report structures for information security • Schedule report delivery and document report specifications and usage • Develop dashboards for management organizational performance • Optimize implemented HR Systems based on HR business requirements • Apply new-release knowledge to system configurations • Complete data-flow tools and process mapping and present recommendations to HR Management • Train HR and Payroll team members on HR system usage and Microsoft Applications • Document user procedures and create articles • Attend HR System conferences and external networks to identify best practices and share findings with HR Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years technical system experience with a focus on system performance, data integrity, and complex reporting • Workday expertise required, including newest technology and product offerings • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills • Must be able to work independently and be proactively inquisitive • Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office products • Bachelor’s Degree required • Degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Services, Business, Quantitative Methods • Candidates for 100% remote positions must live in AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, KY, MD, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, or WV
