📋 Description

• We are searching for great communicators for an exciting Inbound lead generation campaign in the insurance industry. • Convince business customers and establish a relationship • Take Inbound calls from prospective customers • Gather correct customer information during a conversation to make a transfer to a live Licensed Insurance Agent

🎯 Requirements

• Friendly and engaging telephone manner • Ability to work from a suitable home-based environment • Agents need a well-organized and structured approach to working, with the self-discipline and motivation to work from home • Computer/Laptop with 8GB RAM i5 or better processor CPU benchmark of 3000 or more • Reliable Internet Connection of at least 3mbps upload and 25mbps download speed with the capability to be hardwired in • Headset with noise-canceling microphone. • Previous telephone sales or customer service (call-center or home-based) is preferred. • More important is an enthusiastic and determined mindset. • Professional, confident, engaging, and friendly phone manner, with some basic computer skills, and administrative abilities.
