📋 Description

• Own your product deployment end-to-end: requirements, backlog, sprint planning, scope decisions, releases, and outcomes. • Drive technical decisions with engineering: architecture, feasibility, trade-offs. Challenge estimates that don't add up. • Bridge users and engineers: translate operational readiness problems into product requirements through direct user research. You’ll be hands on with real users. • Shape platform evolution: R&D work across data ontology management, agent orchestration (MCP/A2A), generative interfaces. • Support delivery operations: ensure the product reduces manual effort across contract types and deployment models. • Communicate clearly: executive briefings, demos, PRDs, strategic docs, cross-functional alignment. You are the connective tissue.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen with active TS/SCI or TS clearance (or ability to obtain quickly) • CS degree (or equivalent technical degree) or 1-2 years of software engineering experience • 4+ years of product management or software engineering experience shipping software in agile environments • Comfortable reading code, reviewing architecture, and holding your own in technical discussions • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Experience with AI/ML products, defense/government tech, or classified environments (SIPR/NIPR) • Startup experience, especially navigating the scalability and automation phase • Platform product experience: technical interfaces (APIs, SDKs) alongside standard web applications
