🎯 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an underwriting analyst or associate role. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Stop-loss insurance. • Strong mathematical background with the ability to assess complex data. • Experience with Underwriting platforms preferred. • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. • Ability to handle high work volumes accurately and efficiently with minimal errors. • Proven ability to develop, manage, and underwrite a profitable book of business. • Effective communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders. • Independent worker who thrives in a collaborative team environment. • Creativity and problem-solving skills are a plus.
