• Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates across the utilities sector (telecoms, power, and light civils). • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and qualification to offer management and onboarding. • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, headhunting, and market mapping. • Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate with the dedicated Assessment Centre in the Philippines. • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in ATS/CRM systems. • Represent the company with energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
