📋 Description

• Manage global financial transactions for card brands in the PCI-ISO8583 team, ensuring PCI DSS compliance and data security. • Develop and maintain applications using Golang or Java, following clean code and best practices. • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure microservices architecture. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs. • Leverage AWS services such as SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge in day-to-day development. • Use Terraform to provision, maintain, and evolve AWS infrastructure. • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system robustness. • Monitor application health and performance using observability tools (metrics, logs, alerts). • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. • Contribute to architectural and technical discussions, supporting continuous improvement and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• For this role, you must be based in Brazil. • Proficiency in English at B1 level (Intermediate) or above. • 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience. • 5+ years of experience with Java or Golang in production environments. • 2+ years of experience with AWS services (e.g., SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3). • Strong experience in designing and maintaining microservices architectures. • Solid knowledge of SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git). • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred). • Professional experience in the payments industry (e.g., acquirers, issuers, card schemes, PSPs, or related services). • Desirable: Experience with ISO8583 protocol and payment transaction processing. • Desirable: Experience working in PCI-compliant environments. • Desirable: Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker. • Desirable: Background in event-driven architecture and messaging systems. • Desirable: Understanding of observability practices (monitoring, tracing, alerting). • Desirable: Experience in high-scale and high-availability environments. • Desirable: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
