📋 Description

• Manage and grow current accounts • Build strong relationships with clients, peers, and operating partners • Generate new revenue and memberships through referrals and prospecting • Identify opportunities yielding revenue and incremental profits • Provide membership and trip options with trusted advice • Oversee the overall client experience and partner with Account Management • Escalate client service disruptions to Leadership • Maintain a minimum of $10m TTM revenue and sell two deposits per month • Maintain 90% of Primary Revenue retention • Understand customer trip needs and articulate suitable options • Ensure operators meet quality assurance standards • Manage and negotiate contracts • Prepare and submit sales proposals and materials • Meet or exceed targets • Serve as a trusted peer, mentor, coach, and XO brand ambassador • Partner across the organization • Communicate pipelines and client retention to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ Years Sales experience; private aviation experience desirable • Fluent written and spoken English • Outstanding service and customer oriented behaviour • Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team • Excellent negotiation skills and experience of working in the region • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and ambitious • Required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States • Required to complete the employment eligibility verification form upon hire
