⢠Preparation of monthly payrolls for the assigned client portfolio, taking into account all labor, social security and tax regulations, using the DATEV 'Lohn & Gehalt' programs. ⢠Advising and supporting a personal client portfolio on tax and social security matters in German and English. ⢠Maintenance and updating of employee master data, entry of all transaction data, and employee hires and terminations. ⢠Point of contact for social insurance institutions, authorities, health insurance providers, managers and colleagues. ⢠Handling certificates and all necessary notifications with authorities, health insurers and government agencies. ⢠Preparation of all notifications/applications related to maternity protection, garnishments, company pension schemes and other special cases such as contributions for severely disabled employees, etc. ⢠Monthly preparation of reports and analyses using DATEV reports, DATEV Data Analysis System, OsC, DATEV Arbeitnehmer Online and Excel. ⢠Onboarding and offboarding of client master data in DATEV, including preparation of all related notifications to Berufsgenossenschaften (statutory accident insurance institutions), social insurance institutions and tax offices. ⢠Manual preparation of wage tax certificates and annual reports for accident insurance. ⢠Preparation and support of clients during audits by the German Pension Insurance (Deutsche Rentenversicherung) and the tax office.
⢠University degree or completed vocational training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or a similarly qualifying professional qualification. ⢠Experience in payroll processing and with DATEV Lohn & Gehalt is an advantage. ⢠Hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team. ⢠Independent and accurate working style. ⢠Excellent written and spoken German and English skills. ⢠Open to new technologies and automation processes. ⢠Strong communication skills.
