📋 Description

• The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and driving sales growth within the assigned territory by managing a portfolio of existing accounts, acquiring new business, and implementing strategic plans tailored to client needs. • This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance in-field client interactions with administrative responsibilities. • This position requires travel to manage accounts in the Toronto East territory. • Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals by effectively managing a portfolio of existing accounts and acquiring new clients. • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of post secondary education, preferably a university degree with business or science focus • Minimum three (3) years of previous B2B sales experience, preferably in the in medical aesthetics, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry • Strong understanding of skincare or dermatology market is a plus • Sales oriented, well organized, self-motivated individual • Results-oriented attitude with a focus on driving growth • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills • Understanding of how to handle and resolve client concerns professionally • Ability to learn and be coached in a performance-focused and fast-paced environment • Proactive, self-driven, and disciplined to work independently • Ability to navigate a CRM system and other sales tools effectively • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • English language proficiency is required for this job
