📋 Description

• Champion, lead, and coordinate non-labor spend management for assigned accounts • Develop and execute account plans, project plans, and work plans • Engage client leadership on challenges across non-labor spend categories • Navigate client governance to secure decisions and drive adoption • Own value realization for the spend roadmap • Deliver influential value propositions and decision making narratives • Build and sustain trusted relationships with stakeholders • Lead regular internal team meetings for workplan progress and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred • 7 or more years of relevant experience • At least 2 years of direct, accountable experience in supply chain decisions • Demonstrate ability to translate supply chain data and insights into actions • Ability to build and execute account plans/workplans • Experience developing and monitoring category strategies • Builds and sustains trust-based relationships • Communicates confidently to senior audiences • Identifies issues, evaluates options, and drives solutions through ambiguity and competing priorities.
