• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers • Qualify leads, set appointments for sales team and close sales • Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM system • Communicate effectively with team members and management • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge • Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Environment • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Experience with CRM software • Attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Experience in sales or customer service • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
