📋 Description

• Perform title search updates as needed to determine ownership of real estate and encumbrances on property • Prepare documents for acquisition of real estate rights to permit clients to construct projects • Negotiate acquisition of land rights • Negotiate settlement of property owner damage claims resulting from project construction • Prepare, assemble, and deliver hard copies of file correspondence, transfer documents, and land agent contact notes for the company and acquiring authority • Prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently • Communicate and obtain drafted documents for due diligence related to underlying real estate • Maintain files of real estate documents • Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent • 0 - 3 years of experience in Right of Way or real estate • Strong analytical skills and communication skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR) • KY real estate license and notary commission preferred
