📋 Description

• A Delivery Manager is tasked with shaping and governing the Portfolio of the Digital:Hub, guaranteeing the thorough implementation of IT projects/products for the whole stakeholders across the Volkswagen Group, delivering business value and outcomes, while working within deadlines, costs, quality, and security stipulations. • Furthermore, it's responsible to manage the commercial elements of our projects and spearhead pre-sales efforts. • Delivery Managers collaborate closely with Technical Directors to secure sustainable and successful delivery and relationships with our stakeholders across the Volkswagen Group.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. • Substantial professional experience in project management within a software environment: A minimum of 5 years of experience in software project management, with a track record of successful delivery. • Experience in Agile methodologies is essential, a formal Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master or equivalent) is highly desirable. • No direct people leadership is required, but experience in leading project teams and facilitating group activities is beneficial. • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate customer needs into software requirements. • Experience in risk management, including identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks associated with project delivery. • Experience with stakeholder management and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. • ENGLISH AND GERMAN C1
