The studio produces marketing materials and visual development assets for film, TV and related entertainment customers, working as a service provider to other businesses.

📋 Description

• Own Volta's quality strategy, standards and quality management system across all projects in Europe and North America • Build and lead the global quality function, providing functional leadership to quality resources embedded in each project team • Set inspection and test plan standards for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and controls packages • Build vendor quality and factory surveillance programmes for critical equipment • Work with Procurement on supplier qualification and factory acceptance testing • Own non-conformance management and drive root-cause resolution across sites • Set quality standards underpinning commissioning from level 1 through level 5 • Work with the Commissioning and Handover team on the path to turn-up • Run quality audits and assurance reviews across active sites • Hold contractors and partners to standard • Embed right-first-time practices and transfer lessons learned between sites • Report quality performance, metrics and trends to the Chief Delivery Officer and leadership team • Work closely with Safety, Design and Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, regional delivery teams and DSX Commissioning and Handover

🎯 Requirements

• Quality leadership on data centre or mission-critical construction programmes • Data centre experience is essential • Track record running quality at programme or portfolio level across multiple concurrent projects and regions • Experience building or running a quality management system from scratch, ideally aligned to ISO 9001 • Deep familiarity with commissioning practice on complex, MEP-heavy facilities • Strong record in vendor quality and factory acceptance for critical equipment such as switchgear, UPS, generators, chillers and CDUs • Structured root-cause problem solving and clear, data-led reporting • Credibility to hold projects, contractors and suppliers to standard • Willingness to travel regularly to sites and factories across Europe and North America • Confirmation of right to work, employment history verification and criminal record check where permitted by local law
