Vori Health is a virtual-first musculoskeletal (MSK) medical practice that provides doctor-led care teams delivering diagnosis, personalized treatment plans, non-opioid pain management, virtual physical therapy, medical imaging coordination, surgical support, second opinions, and healthy lifestyle coaching. The company operates a digital care platform that serves individual members and enterprise customers (employers, health plans, and brokers), accepts major insurances including Medicare, and focuses on back, neck, joint, and sports-related orthopedic conditions.

📋 Description

• Reach out to at least 50-75 eligible members daily to explain Vori Health’s services and support for musculoskeletal and orthopedic care • Respond to inbound inquiries by phone or email from marketing and outreach campaigns • Build trusting member relationships through active listening and empathy • Explain program benefits and services to members and their support networks • Convert prospective patients into active Vori members/patients • Provide inbound telephonic support and triage member needs to Care Teams for clinical support and care coordination • Obtain member consent and conduct enrollment surveys • Identify and escalate urgent member needs • Participate in coaching and development sessions and apply feedback to meet quality and productivity goals • Follow Care Team policies, procedures, escalation pathways, communication practices, and documentation standards • Complete training and stay current on Vori Health systems, tools, technology, partners, and expectations • Communicate member and provider feedback to marketing and leadership teams • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in healthcare client success, patient-facing/care delivery roles, high-performing enrollment advisor or associate positions, or highly consultative sales roles • Experience using Zendesk or a similar customer management platform • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel • Knowledge of best-in-class customer service practices • Proven record of providing exceptional customer experiences • Strong ability to demonstrate empathy, build relationships, discover patients’ needs, and present the program convincingly by phone • Persuasive communication skills • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining organized communications and documentation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment • Experience with video chatting, Google Suite, Slack, electronic health records, or comfort learning new technology • Ability to identify and prioritize members’ needs and address urgent and important needs immediately • Ability to identify and collaborate on solutions to complex problems and drive continuous improvement • Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in the United States or Canada • Bilingual written and spoken Spanish and English is nice-to-have
