📋 Description
• Management and adjustment of call routing in the STFC environment • Technical liaison with telephony operators • Submission and response to Anomaly Reports (B.As) with operators • Submission and response to Portability Reports with operators • Operational activities on ABR Telecom portals (registrations, documentation, requests, and process tracking) • Requests and monitoring of number portability processes • Execution of PTI (Transition and Implementation Plan) • Knowledge and application of ANATEL regulations • Management of ITX – interconnection between operators
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience with STFC operators or STFC service providers • Knowledge of ANATEL regulations • Familiarity with interconnection (ITX) processes and number portability • Experience with ABR Telecom portals and workflows • Strong communication skills and ability to produce technical documentation
