📋 Description

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve storage incidents affecting performance, capacity, connectivity, and availability • Administer and support NetApp, Pure, Infinidat, Nimble, and VMware vSAN storage platforms • Perform storage health checks, capacity management, performance trending, and alert remediation • Execute storage provisioning, resizing, reclamation, and lifecycle tasks • Fulfill storage requests through sizing, LUN/volume creation, mapping, validation, and documentation • Manage datastore expansion, cleanup, optimization, and standardization • Support backup/restore operations, replication monitoring, restore testing, and troubleshooting • Assist with disaster recovery readiness, restore validation, failover testing, and runbook execution • Participate in storage and data protection maintenance windows, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes • Validate post-change system health and document outcomes • Coordinate vendor support cases, hardware replacement actions, and resolution documentation • Maintain and improve runbooks and knowledge bases • Identify recurring issues and implement monitoring or process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant, professional experience • Proficiency with NetApp, Pure, Infinidat, Nimble, and VMware vSAN • U.S. citizenship required pursuant to a government contract • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and value teamwork • Excellent problem-solving skills
