• Travel regularly within your territory to identify and solve customer sealing challenges • Lead on-site technical training at repair shops and loading/unloading facilities • Promote and support VSP proprietary products, including CycleTight®, CargoTight®, Torq-Kit™, and RideTight® • Act as the primary liaison between customers, repair shops, and internal VSP teams • Build strong customer relationships as their trusted sealing expert • Create and deliver annual training plans tailored to customer needs • Document and report on cost savings and technical support results • Utilize Salesforce to manage territory activities and call planning • Serve as a subject matter expert on fluid sealing products and solutions across customer locations
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or a high school diploma with 5+ years of rail tank car maintenance experience • Customer service and technical sales experience required • Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices is a plus • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required • Transportation or logistics industry experience (Preferred) • 50%+ overnight travel required within the assigned territory • Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
