• Strong knowledge of the Hamilton-Niagara real estate market • Member of TRREB or Cornerstone Association of Realtors • Proven ability to generate and close business • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Tech-comfortable and proficient with MLS and CRM systems • Self-motivated, organized, and professional • Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle
