🎯 Requirements
• You are currently licensed to trade real estate in Alberta • You are a member of the Calgary Real Estate Board • You’re actively working in the business (or ready to ramp back up) • You want stronger positioning, better tools, and meaningful support • You value culture and professionalism • You’re growth-oriented and open to smarter ways of doing business • Strong knowledge of the Calgary real estate market • Proven ability to generate and close business • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Tech-comfortable and proficient with MLS and CRM systems • Self-motivated, organized, and professional • Valid Alberta driver’s license and access to a vehicle
