📋 Description

• Participate in the design and rollout of key, high-quality HR processes • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees within your scope and their managers • Produce HR reporting • Actively contribute to the success of HR processes within your scope • Raise awareness among each employee and manager about the firm's HR policy

🎯 Requirements

• Student at a top business school or university • Proven adaptability and organizational skills in varied environments • Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to listen and quickly build relationships with all stakeholders • Ability to take a step back and structure your thinking and communication • Results-oriented, proactive and team-minded • Good written and spoken English (minimum B2).
