📋 Description

• Develop and execute human resource strategy in support of overall business plan • Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, performance management, and training and development • Serve as the primary HR contact, operating independently • Work closely with top executives to shape company culture and drive engagement initiatives • Align HR strategy with organizational goals, including workforce and succession planning • Oversee employee compensation structures, performance reviews, and salary adjustments • Develop and maintain job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) • 7+ years of HR experience, including in roles with significant responsibility and independence; HR management experience is preferred • Thorough knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and employment laws • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and handle sensitive situations • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and balance strategic and operational tasks • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
