📋 Description

• Lead medium to long-term, complex Salesforce enterprise initiatives from planning through delivery • Align work with organizational priorities, business outcomes, and approved project management delivery methods • Partner with business and functional stakeholders to identify, elicit, analyze, and document business, project, and process requirements • Plan and define projects, including outcomes, success pathways, timelines, budget assumptions, dependencies, risks, costs, and benefits • Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog using agile and project management methodologies • Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, operational efficiency, data-driven insights, and business partnership • Develop proposals and recommendations to gain stakeholder alignment and approval • Lead adoption and change management planning, including readiness, communication, training, support needs, and user experience considerations • Manage vendor and third-party performance expectations, deliverables, and service-level outcomes • Partner with sales, marketing, customer-facing leaders, and global teams to support WD-40 Company’s growth strategy • Help strengthen and evolve project and portfolio management practices within the Global Center of Excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Scrum Master or Project Manager experience • 5+ years global Salesforce implementation experience • Experience with Azure DevOps preferred • Business analyst skills • Preferred certifications: Scrum Master, PMP • Must be located in the United States; the position does not offer visa sponsorship
