📋 Description

• Explain complex investment, trading, and personal finance concepts in simple, accessible terms • Advocate for clients and support their financial freedom • Own the client journey end-to-end • Navigate institutional transfers and resolve back-office issues • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Operations • Learn the mechanics of internal tools and improve them using frontline insights • Master multiple financial platforms simultaneously • Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound email, live chat, and phone

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of high-volume customer service experience in Retail, Hospitality, Banking, or Tech Support • Genuine interest in personal finance and the stock market • Familiarity with RRSP or TFSA is advantageous • Comfortable juggling multiple browser tabs and using Slack • Proficient with keyboard shortcuts • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English • Bilingual French is a plus • Resilient and adaptable • Available for fixed Wednesday to Sunday shifts with rotating hours between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM EST • Available for four weeks of Monday-to-Friday training from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Legally eligible to work in Canada • Available to communicate with customers via email, live chat, and phone
