📋 Description

• Help define the product vision and strategy, and define and own roadmap initiatives for the Business Banking team • Lead planning, development, launch and experimentation with the goal of shipping best in class features that our clients love • Continue to follow features post-launch and design and implement improvements that will increase usage and adoption • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape of business banking in Canada • Develop a deep understanding of all elements of business banking including payments, expense management, borrowing, cards, and others • Contribute to financial modeling and growth modeling to assess product performance and project future growth • Use all tools available to build client understanding and empathy • Help develop best-in-class systems and tools to improve client experience and product uptake • Support a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists • Partner with other engineering teams and departments across the company to build compliant, efficient, and industry-leading products and features • Help elevate the Product Management practice at Wealthsimple and create an inclusive and supportive team culture

🎯 Requirements

• A multi-year track record of building and shipping products that customers love • Experience with small business and B2B products/services • A shipping mentality • Enough technical know-how to talk with engineers about architecture and technical considerations • A passion for financial inclusion and building products that increase access to financial freedom • Experience with AI tools and a strong POV on what AI tools are most effective for Product Managers • Bonus: Experience building, shipping, iterating and growing products from 0 to 1 over multiple years
