📋 Description

• Own the product vision and strategy for the Financial Risk platform • Balance fraud prevention with client experience and make tradeoffs between friction and protection • Drive the roadmap for the Decision Platform, a real-time rules engine evaluating fraud risk across withdrawals, deposits, e-transfers, crypto transactions, and cheque deposits • Build and improve fraud investigation tooling and automations, including case management workflows, alert deduplication, and enrichment pipelines • Define and evolve the restriction and mitigation framework, including suspensions, withdrawal blocks, spend switch blocks, and account-level restrictions • Design extensible APIs, decision schemas, and integration patterns for payment and money movement teams • Partner with Fraud and Data Science teams on fraud model integration, fraud rule development, and feedback loops • Own fraud loss rates, false positive rates, investigation cycle times, and decision latency metrics • Use data to drive prioritization • Break down complex infrastructure projects into incremental phases that deliver value

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of product management experience with significant depth in fraud, risk, or trust & safety • Experience building fraud prevention systems, investigation tooling, or risk decisioning platforms • Experience operating as a platform PM and building systems consumed by other teams • Ability to think in APIs, schemas, and extensibility • Strong technical fluency in streaming architectures, workflow orchestration, and ML model integration • Ability to reason about system design tradeoffs with engineering • Experience with real-time decisioning, investigation tooling, restrictions infrastructure, and regulatory reporting • Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis of fraud patterns and intervention effectiveness • Experience working with fraud operations teams, including investigation workflows, alert triage, and case management • Strong communication skills across engineering, operations, compliance, and executive stakeholders • Ability to work independently and drive projects across a broad surface area
