📋 Description

• Assist with medication-related inquiries • Support prescription processing activities • Provide exceptional customer service to patients • Help patients and healthcare professionals navigate pharmacy and medication needs • Maneuver through multiple applications simultaneously • Work in a fast-paced environment • Solve customer problems and provide support on behalf of major brands

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Active TX Pharmacy Technician/Trainee License • Strong detail orientation • Excellent communication and listening skills • Strong computer skills • Ability to efficiently maneuver through multiple applications simultaneously • Authorization to work in the United States • Wired Ethernet connection with 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload • Wireless connections are not permitted • DSL, cable, or fiber optic broadband internet service • Satellite, microwave, and cellular hotspot internet services are not permitted • Must supply own headset • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a remote call center environment (preferred) • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) (preferred) • Pharmacy, call center, or member services experience (preferred) • Knowledge of diabetic supplies and pharmacy operations (preferred)
