You’ll be the go-to for clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our solutions while spotting opportunities to grow and strengthen relationships. • Responsibilities include • Own and grow a high portfolio of existing accounts, building strong and trusted relationships. • Drive commercial success through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities. • Advise clients on how to optimise their programmes and get the most from our offering. • Putting together proposals/campaign proposals. • CRM system including pipeline management. • Stakeholder management internally.

🎯 Requirements

• Managed a high number of existing accounts with strong organisational skills. • Proven track record in managing renewals, driving upsell opportunities, and leading commercial negotiations. • Strong pipeline management experience. • Results-driven, with experience working towards and exceeding revenue targets.
