📋 Description

• LinkedIn Sourcing: Utilizing either LinkedIn Recruiter (Corporate) or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite to find, source, and identify talent with a good understanding of which filters to use and why • Conducting Interviews: Intro Interviews (15mins), Group Interviews (if necessary), 1on1 Interviews (1 hour) • Expert Interviewing Techniques: Probe into candidate experiences to discern strengths, weaknesses, and career experience. • Elevated Candidate Experience: Champion a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle, from start to finish • ATS Implementation and Management: Must be able to utilize ATS systems for our teams to ensure effective pairings between client and candidate • AI Implementations/Automations: Creating workflows and automations to streamline and automate parts of the Recruiting Process • Administrative Tasks: Ensuring that there are accurate and up-to-date notes on candidate profiles

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter • Extensive experience screening for CBBI questions and soft skills • Minimum 6 months of experience with AI tools for automation and optimization of recruiting processes (huge plus!)
