📋 Description

• At Coconut, we connect founders and businesses with top-tier remote talent while prioritizing meaningful, reliable partnerships. • We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role of Data Entry Specialist.

🎯 Requirements

• Populate ~150 slide Google Slides reports with data from Google Sheets/Airtable • Create charts in Google Sheets and insert into Slides; minor formatting cleanup • Transfer data from centralized sheets/bases to correct slide locations • Follow detailed video tutorials and SOPs; execute test tasks during ramp-up • Perform QA checks on populated slides/charts • Provide feedback on process clarity; adapt to process updates • Handle assorted ad hoc admin tasks related to report builds • Comfort with Airtable (proficiency preferred but not expert level) • Google Sheets and Google Slides proficiency
