📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers • Answer a high volume of inbound calls professionally and courteously • Resolve customer questions, concerns, and service requests • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation • Recommend additional services after resolving customer concerns • Complete administrative tasks and data entry • Support team performance goals and overall department success

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Professional phone presence and strong customer service skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and time management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred but not required • High School Diploma or GED required • Reliable internet with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps • Designated quiet workspace free from distractions • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods • Compliance with all company policies and procedures • Successful completion of a background check • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
