📋 Description

• Develop precise, task-specific grading criteria for brand and design deliverables • Evaluate AI-generated and human-produced design work against established criteria • Provide detailed written justifications for scores and evaluations • Assess visual quality, strategic alignment, consistency, usability, and brand effectiveness • Apply consistent, evidence-based creative judgment to produce reproducible and defensible evaluations • Review typography, composition, hierarchy, color, branding, and visual communication against professional standards • Incorporate senior reviewer feedback and refine evaluations • Identify subtle design strengths, weaknesses, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in brand design, visual design, graphic design, or a closely related discipline • Professional experience within world-class independent branding or design agencies strongly preferred • Experience at organizations comparable to leading global design studios and brand consultancies • Agency experience preferred over experience limited to in-house or enterprise design teams • Expertise in Creative Direction, Brand Design, Logo and Visual Identity Design, Web/UI/UX Design, or Graphic Design • Deep understanding of typography, layout and visual hierarchy, color theory and application, composition, logo development, brand identity systems, visual consistency, creative direction, and critique • Ability to articulate design feedback with senior creative-review clarity and strategic perspective • Exceptional written communication skills • Highly detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable with creative judgment review and calibration • Portfolio demonstrating relevant professional brand and design work strongly preferred • Resume and professional background required for application • Ability to complete a brief design assessment or provide additional experience information if requested
