• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or account management, ideally in a SaaS environment • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and strong relationships with customers • An active, empathetic listener, with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients and projects at once • Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments • Comfortable working with tools such as Microsoft 365 (including intermediate Microsoft Excel skills), CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce), and ticket/project management systems
