📋 Description

• Drive the product roadmap for the assigned domain, aligning initiatives to company objectives and measurable business outcomes • Identify high-impact opportunities by formulating questions, gathering data, and applying first-principles reasoning • Lead go-to-market efforts for major releases and new products • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Training, and Customer Success on positioning, pricing, enablement, and launch plans • Translate strategy into detailed requirements and prioritize interdependent features • Work with Engineering on effort estimates • Partner with UX/UI on flows and polished designs while managing technical trade-offs • Champion responsible and practical uses of AI and define success metrics • Maintain product plans, backlogs, and documentation • Assess release readiness and raise quality concerns to leadership • Model strong product practices and informally coach junior product managers • Communicate decisions and status to executives, peers, and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS • Demonstrated success launching AI-powered products or integrating AI/ML into product operations • Proven experience leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts for major product launches, including positioning, pricing, and sales enablement • Ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, data-driven solutions using first-principles thinking • Strong technical literacy, including architecture, APIs, and engineering trade-offs • Proven track record of shipping high-quality features in an agile environment and measuring impact with clear metrics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without formal authority • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
