📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained workspace. • Cooperate with the Facility Team for ordering office supplies, furniture, and equipment as needed. • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with facilities management and vendors. • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment by supervising and managing the work of cleaning ladies. • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and requests related to office services. • Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including workspace setup and orientation. • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure availability. • Coordinate with vendors and negotiate contracts for the supply of office items. • Keep track of expenses related to office supplies and report to management. • Coordinate and manage lunch orders for employees, ensuring timely delivery. • Budget and track expenses related to lunch management to optimize costs. • Solicit employee feedback to assess satisfaction and make improvements. • Review incoming requests to the Service Desk and assign OM related tasks to the responsible team members. • Manage and oversee the implementation of OM related tasks, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner. • Provide prompt and informative feedback to the requester regarding the status and progress of their requests. • Plan and organize office events, celebrations, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement. • Support initiatives to create a positive and productive workplace experience for employees. • Assist in budget planning and monitoring of office-related expenses. • Review and process invoices, track expenditures, and maintain financial records. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to office management.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ proven experience in Office Management, administrative support, or related roles. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in English (Upper Intermediate or higher). • Proficiency in using office software and equipment. Nice to have experience in Asana, Slack, Confluence. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Customer service-oriented mindset. • Adaptability and a willingness to take initiative.
