📋 Description

• Owning client implementation plans end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Client Success • Managing multiple concurrent implementations against aggressive timelines • Gathering business requirements and translating them into clear internal specs • Serving as the primary point of contact for client implementation stakeholders • Coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Care • Anticipating and resolving implementation risks with urgency and care • Contributing to playbooks and best practices as the Implementation function scales

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5+ years of implementation, client onboarding, or program management experience, ideally in digital health, benefits, or adjacent B2B2C environments • Are a relationship-driven communicator • Are a structured project manager • Are analytical and detail-oriented • Bring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset • Are adaptable and resourceful • Have deep empathy for the autoimmune experience • Approach work with a beginner's mindset*This position requires current work authorization in the United States.
