📋 Description
• Architect and build the insurance and data infrastructure that powers eligibility, verification, and claims • Work directly with new employer, health plan, and channel partners during implementation • Make foundational technical decisions as part of a small, generalist team • Use AI tools to move faster and scale your impact as an individual contributor • Write clear documentation for teammates
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, Node, Postgres, and GCP • Strong software engineering fundamentals • Strong written and verbal communication • Experience making foundational technical decisions at the 0-to-1 stage • Ability to pick a problem and solve it • Current work authorization in the United States
