📋 Description

• Manages and executes daily on-site activities for multiple projects • Coordinates and participates in project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders • Conducts frequent property inspections to ensure projects follow proper safety precautions • Establishes expectations and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget • Prepares/updates weekly project status reports to internal/external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management or related field highly preferred • A minimum of 2 years’ related work experience, knowledge of real estate construction a plus.
