📋 Description

• Manages and executes daily on-site activities for multiple projects. • Coordinates and participates in project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders. • Conducts frequent property inspections to ensure projects follow proper safety precautions. • Establishes expectations and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget. • Prepares/updates weekly project status reports to internal/external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field highly preferred. • A minimum of 3 years’ related work experience, knowledge of real estate construction a plus.
