📋 Description

• Translate clinical research, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance documents from English to Spanish (LatAm) • Perform Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) on machine-translated safety content • Copy edit and review translated or post-edited content for accuracy, tone, and consistency • Meet strict, non-extendable turnaround times for time-sensitive content • Work within the client's CAT tool environment (XTM/Phrase) • Use Track Changes in Microsoft Word according to project-specific setup instructions • Translate clinical research documents including protocols and synopses, IB, ICF, Patient Sheets, and Patient Diaries • Translate regulatory documents including SmPC, PIL, Labels, and CTD Modules • Translate pharmacovigilance documents including PSUR, DSUR, RMP, SAE, and AE

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced English into Spanish (LatAm) linguist specializing in clinical-trial, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory document translation • Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies (or equivalent degree), OR recognized graduate qualification in another field plus a minimum of two years of full-time professional translation experience, OR a minimum of five years of full-time professional translation experience • At least two years of practical translation experience specifically with life sciences (clinical trials and pharmacovigilance) and medical documents • Familiarity with CAT tools (XTM/Phrase) • Familiarity with Track Changes in Microsoft Word • Willingness to complete an assessment as part of onboarding and quality procedure • Latest English CV must accurately reflect Life Sciences and Medical translation experience, years of Life Sciences experience, translated document types, CAT tools used, email, and phone number
