📋 Description

• Review and process customer credit requests and deductions in a timely and accurate manner • Partner with Key Account Managers and the sales team to gather support documentation and validate deductions • Investigate and resolve short-pays, chargebacks, pricing discrepancies, and freight claims • Collaborate with the Accounting Department to process credits accurately and on time • Maintain organized records of credit and deduction activities for audit and reporting purposes • Assist with accounts receivable activities, including customer account reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding items • Analyze customer deduction trends and assist with preventative strategies • Support month-end close tasks related to deductions and accounts receivable • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the accounting team • Perform other tasks assigned by Threshold management

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting support, AR, or credit/collections support role • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Proficient in ERP systems • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with large retailers or key accounts, preferred • Associated Degree, Business Administration • Familiarity with Microsoft Office • Dynamics NAV a plus
