📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with client teams to understand business needs and pain points • Gather requirements and craft solutions • Configure and customize ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Triage customer tickets and coordinate timely case resolution • Keep cases updated and maintain high customer satisfaction • Provide dedicated client support for design issues and guide remediation efforts • Train client teams on new systems • Provide ongoing troubleshooting, answer questions, and optimize system performance • Mentor other consultants and provide guidance on best practices • Monitor Business Central updates, new features, and ERP trends • Identify ways to improve service offerings • Collaborate with consultants and departments to ensure seamless integration across business functions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central • 5+ years of experience in customer support environments • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central in the area of focus • Dynamics Business Central certifications • Experience working in a support environment • Experience interfacing with end-users and gathering business requirements • Ability to build strong client relationships and explain how Dynamics Business Central adds business value • Strong customer support experience • Strong organizational and communication skills • Strong understanding and exposure to Microsoft Power Platform
