📋 Description

• Develop new applications and customizations while managing existing solutions • Design, develop, configure, and deploy code for the Microsoft Dynamics ERP application • Design, develop, and test customizations to F&SCM and related solutions • Create new features and integrations tailored to customer needs • Collaborate with team members and business leaders to translate needs into technical fit-gap and design documents • Deliver, test, and troubleshoot high-quality code • Support early user testing and resolve issues through stable system improvements • Meet project deadlines and follow change management processes • Coordinate with functional consultants on functional design documents • Address technical customer queries and explain how products meet specific needs • Stay current on Microsoft and ecosystem solution updates • Maintain detailed project documentation • Communicate progress, tasks, issues, risks, and blockers using project tools • Collaborate with the delivery team and clients to align ERP solutions with business goals and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM • Deep understanding of application programming, databases, and system design • Experience with common third-party add-on solutions and their integration with F&SCM • In-depth functional knowledge of F&SCM • Ability to identify technical system issues, offer guidance, and propose solutions • Ability to navigate creative workarounds and circumvent technical issues • Desire to learn new industries and identify unmet customer needs • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to manage other developers handling overflow work • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or another relevant major, or equivalent work experience • Dynamics F&SCM certifications preferred
