📋 Description

• Collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs • Participate in system testing, including user acceptance testing and validation of technology enhancements • Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice on product direction • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, technology, operations, risk, and control stakeholders • Research, analyze, and align business needs with technology solutions • Evaluate complex business technology challenges and identify system enhancements • Provide strategic recommendations to improve processes and user experience • Create, develop, and oversee application interfaces, system linkages, and dashboard solutions • Drive key business technology projects, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery • Advise on system capabilities, integrations, and optimizations • Develop reporting and data visualization solutions • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors • Resolve technology challenges and align initiatives with organizational goals • Ensure technology implementations meet regulatory, security, and operational standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Solvas application, including CLO cash management, reporting, and operational workflows • Experience translating complex business needs into technology solutions • 8+ years of related experience • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Trust services • Bachelor's degree in related field required • Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services • Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices • Advanced experience in application testing skills to be able to create test cases and for documentation • Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, conditional logic, and data comparison • Experience with banking applications • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
