📋 Description

• Developing and managing strategic national accounts in the Canadian market • Driving sales development initiatives • Serving as a key liaison between the organization and Canadian clients • Developing and executing strategic account plans • Managing the full sales cycle for enterprise-level accounts • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers • Analyzing customer needs and customizing solutions • Forecasting sales pipeline activity and providing updates on account status • Collaborating with internal teams for account onboarding and retention • Identifying and developing new business opportunities • Participating in sales development activities • Monitoring market trends and competitive landscape • Maintaining detailed and accurate records in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in national or enterprise account management • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale accounts • Strong understanding of sales development processes, pipeline management, and account-based selling methodologies • Advanced proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop customized, strategic solutions • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and comprehensive performance reporting • Fluency in English; French language proficiency is a strong asset
