• 10+ years of insurance business development experience, with strong emphasis on small business. • 3+ years of proven success developing and managing complex national partner relationships up to the senior executive level and delivering profitable growth through strategic engagement. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or industry designations (e.g., CPCU, CIC) preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools. • Willingness to travel for agency visits, partner meetings, and industry events.
