📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day field supervision of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and associated substation construction activities • Serve as the onsite field representative for construction projects • Ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, permits, and schedule commitments • Provide direct oversight of contractor field operations from a QA/QC standpoint • Coordinate daily construction activities across multiple disciplines • Identify and resolve field issues • Support successful project commissioning and turnover • Report to the Construction Manager

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • 4+ years' experience • Experience providing field supervision of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and associated substation construction activities • Knowledge of QA/QC oversight • Ability to coordinate construction activities across multiple disciplines • Ability to identify and resolve field issues • Ability to support project commissioning and turnover • Ability to comply with project specifications, quality standards, permits, and schedules • Must meet applicable United States export-control requirements
