📋 Description

• Set up client data integrations for new and existing WEX clients • Manage multiple client and partner data integrations as project owner, vendor/client contact, file builder, and tester • Manage data integration build and testing processes among internal and external parties • Communicate and educate client and vendor contacts on WEX partner data integration approaches, testing practices, timelines, error reporting, insurance carrier integrations, and software functionality • Provide status updates and conference call recap emails to stakeholders • Utilize standard COBRA system layouts to support data security and integrity • Develop solutions and conversion plans for seamless integrations • Drive integration projects to timely completion with internal contacts • Educate clients on file requirements and data submission • Record and save integration documentation according to team processes • Build relationships with partners, carriers, vendors, clients, and internal teams • Evaluate and report client, partner, carrier, and vendor satisfaction with the integration process • Escalate integration roadblocks to the Senior Team Lead and appropriate internal contacts • Mentor and assist with peer technical development and training • Provide feedback to management to improve file integrations and processes • Support partner sales teams and serve as a subject matter expert to other teams • Assist with questions, research, and file reviews for potential clients • Send integration specifications to potential new clients upon request • Track and coordinate client integrations and test-data follow-up • Attend and schedule integration conference calls • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience • Create efficiencies and improve integration processes • Assist with special integration processes • Engage in continuous improvement, learning, and knowledge sharing • Communicate process changes • Perform other assigned duties, including manual file importing and handling file-error communications

🎯 Requirements

• Must adhere to security policies • Proficiency with Google Workspace • Strong presentation and organizational skills • Proven experience managing client-facing projects • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse customer and employee population • Ability to manage a fast-paced, result-oriented environment • Exceptional communication and time management skills • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and multitasking capabilities • Demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively • Consistently achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at every stage of the integration process • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience • 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, partner management, account management, file integrations, or relevant experience • Project management experience is a plus • Maintain policy according to HIPAA
