📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage your team through the successful delivery of valuable customer software • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends • Collaborate closely with Product Management by providing technical guidance • Guide your team on best practices, coding standards, and design principles • Conduct performance reviews and support professional development • Measure, inspect, and drive decisions using data • Design, test, code, and instrument new solutions • Support live applications and promote proactive monitoring • Analyze existing systems and identify bottlenecks for improvements • Influence priority, expectations, and timelines within your domain • Set short-term goals for your team • Drive collaboration across technology teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; OR demonstrable equivalent experience • At least 7 years of experience in software engineering • At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience • Excellent leadership ability to motivate teams and drive results • Strategic thinking that aligns with business objectives and drives innovation • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills • Passionate about keeping up with modern technologies and design • Technology Must-Haves: C#, Python, Docker, Modern RDBMS (i.e. MS SQL, Postgres, MySQL), ASP.NET, RESTful API design, Kafka, Modern Web UI Frameworks (i.e. Angular, React), Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, Cloud-Native applications and services, Software security principles and OWASP guidelines
